In Barcelona, our in-house design department designs the majority of its prototypes and can produce small runs with two models of Cutting Plotters: ZUND-format 2000x1500 mm up to 50mm material thickness and ARISTO-format 1600x1250 mm up to 50mm material thickness.
For the decoration of the prototypes or for small production runs, we use digital printing methods.

For large print and production runs, the pre-printing protocol is run mainly on a CTP AGFA model enabling the printing plates to be prepared in 1200x1600 mm format.

For large cutting and production runs, we operate two cutters manually: MASTER-in 1000x1400 mm format and TMZ-in 1200x1600 mm format. For very large volume production runs, the cutting tool is operated automatically.

For large volume production runs, shaping, assembly and packaging is operated using two Gluing Plotter models each with four workstations.
